Can an AI chatbot do the work of a human?

YES

Now, thanks to Open Claw, you can have a team of agents working for you 24/7:

  • Your chief of staff, who gives you a morning briefing and you talk to during the day by voice, phone, text, message, etc.

  • Researchers

  • Back office bookkeepers

  • Accountants and tax advisor

  • Head of marketing and media

  • Project planner, calendar manager

  • Travel agent

  • Trader

  • An agent who can answer most of your emails and messages

  • And much more

How does it work?

What does having your own AI agent look like? We give your agent her own phone number. You just call and talk with her. She can send you an email update, get permission via text, or chat with you in WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, etc. It’s like having a remote personal assistant who has 20 specialists who can help you do whatever you want. You just call her and check in. She will call or text if she has an important question. You can give her number to people you deal with, and they can call her and work with her, so they don’t need to call you.

The Claw Studio advantage

We work for people who are very busy and need support. Many of our clients already have personal assistants. We provide a white-glove system that has advanced features others don’t provide:

  • Natural sounding voice interaction

  • Your chief of staff has its own phone number.

  • Automatic back-up and easy recovery.

  • Full audit trail of everything it has ever done.

  • Guardrails to keep you safe.

Security and privacy

You don’t want to set this up yourself. You want security professionals to keep you safe. Our engineers are safety specialists with a long history of cybersecurity training and program management.

The more you use your agent team, the more you’ll give out your Chief of Staff’s email and phone to people you trust for direct access. That makes them the gatekeeper, reducing friction for you. Just be sure to give this information to people you want to do business with. You can give special codes to certain people to authenticate them.

Like a human, your LLM chief of staff will make mistakes. Our goal is to make all mistakes tolerable. We use these principles:

  1. No direct access. Don’t give it access to your personal email account (that’s generally not a good idea for humans either). Give it its own accounts so it can’t touch yours.

  2. Don’t give it too much room to make mistakes. Don’t give it more money than you’re willing to lose.

  3. Put yourself or your PA in the middle. We can set it up so one of you has to approve any transaction.

  4. Use secury prompts and skills. We set up most of your prompts and skills so they are done professionally. A significant percentage of pre-made skills have mal-ware. We check everything before installing.

  5. Back up everything your agent does at least once a day, so in the worst case, you can reset the clock back and start again. We include our Clawback backup plan with each account.

  6. Always use a second channel to confirm a significant event or transaction. If your Chief of Staff gets a message to send money to someone, he/she will call you to double check that this is what you want.
